Bright and early on the morning of Valentine’s Day, one will find Courfeyrac making his way around the camp with a little red wagon in tow. He had employed Naomi’s help in growing all of the flowers, and he makes a mental note to offer an extra offering tonight, this time for Demeter, as a thanks for her blessing her daughter with that power… He’s in a nice, slightly rumpled, button down shirt, jeans, black suspenders and is wearing a bright pink bow tie. Perfect for the occasion if you were to ask him.

Everybody he passes, including the ones listed below (unfortunately, except for Callie), receives a small bouquet of peach blossoms and yellow roses, tied off with a ribbon and signed from Jehan. Everyone (including Callie) also receives a red rose with baby’s breath, tied off with a velvet ribbon from Courfeyrac himself, some of the girls (and those he’s close to, ie Jehan, Gabriel, etc.) with a (chaste) kiss on the cheek. In addition, all the girls in the camp get one single pink rose with the message “Do all things with love” and signed from A Daughter of Aphrodite. Everyone also receives a bouquet of snowdrops with red and white roses from Naomi.

It’s not too late to send flowers, he’ll gladly remind everyone. He even has a means of delivering them to people outside of the camp that he can make happen.

Natalie snorts.

It's the worst kind of reaction to flowers, but she looks kind of amused which is a good break from the glower she has sported as of late. She hasn't spoken to her boyfriend in weeks and he still sends her flowers, all blues and purples except for the white jasmine and it's quite gorgeous. Still, she has to question, "You sure this is for me?"

That was a relieving reaction, honestly. He was scared of people doing worse...

"Yeah, pretty sure I didn't get that order wrong."

And a grin to prove that, really, he's just joking about that. He's been meticulous with his orders... This is just not something you get wrong.

Nat knows better than to shoot the messenger, after all. But this is a pleasant surprise - there'll be no shooting period unless she and Leo start fighting again.

"Got it," she says, pointing a finger gun at him, the other arm around her bouquet now. "How many orders did you guys process? The operation's impressive."

"Merci. There are two bouquets for everyone in camp.... Plus the extra bouquets that were ordered.... I kind of lost count," Courfeyrac laughed, shaking his head.

"Yo," is all she says, impressed. After a second, Natalie actually blushes a little, looking down at the cluster of flowers in both arms. "I've never received this many flowers before," she admits sheepishly. She plucks a blue orchid from Leo's "anonymous" bouquet, making sure the stem is short before tucking it into her curly hair.

"Does this look dumb?"

"Well, I'm glad that you were able to get this many this time."

And he means it, he thinks everyone should get this many flowers at some point in their life. They're nice to help pick people up. Smiling brightly, he shakes his head. "Not dumb at all, cherie. Matches perfectly."

She lightly touches the flower, grinning and giving a little shrug.

"Well, if I guess I'll trust your assessment," Natalie concedes. "Thanks for that. And the delivery. I'll, uh, let you get back to your job since you've probably got a ways to go." With a little salute, she hurries off, sending a quick smile over her shoulder before she goes to meet up with Leo.
