There's very little expediting going on seeing as how it's just the two of them - an order would come in, they'd drop whatever they were doing to fill a plate, then go back to the ovens and stoves and bottles. There's a method to their madness, but it's not immediately visible, just because they've known each other for years and worked together before. But it's not so crazy that Mary can't pick up on it quickly.
