( open ) ❧ johnny's party (come get it)
Who: Johnny and everyone ever.
What: The party of the month -- NAH, THE PARTY OF THE YEAR.
Where: Cabin 12.
When: September 28th.
Why: Walkin' round the house like who's the man? (Nobody can do it like Johnny can.)
So, that whole Red Room business was, to put it plainly, whack as hell. Everyone at camp's spirits are way down. Johnny's spirits are way down, to say the very least.
See, Johnny hates feeling like he's trapped. Now, after that debacle? He pretty much feels like a caged animal, stuck here and left to pace back and forth with no real goals, no real anything to look forward to. That's where Heather's incredible, incredible suggestion comes in.
Why not throw a party? After all, he's a Dionysus kid. That's pretty much what they're born to do.
It's taken about a week of heavy preparation, but he's done it. By the time he sends out his short Iris Message (it's pretty weird, seeing as he's practically sitting in the dark, lit only by the cabin's blacklight), it's evident that he's already set everything up, decorations visible faintly in the background, music playing as he reminds the campers that it starts tonight, at 8 PM, though it's not too loud (yet).
Upon arriving, campers will notice the very purposeful selection of only rock and pop punk-y kind of music (and no slow songs, sorry Certain Camp Couples) and a table full of strawberry Slurpees (strawberries... Dionysus... it's a thing, he guesses), the cabin's furniture cleared off to the sides to make an impromptu dance floor. And then there's Johnny, lurking by the sound system, fiercely protective of his precious tunes. Don't mess. (Or, maybe mess, if you so choose.)
He may not know a whole lot of people at camp, but he does know Heather, and knows how persuasive the daughter of Venus can be, so. Party at the Dionysus cabin!
( ooc: I figure everyone can post their own starters and tag around and mingle? HAVE FUNNNN! )

Taking her hand within his own, he tugs her so she's facing him straight on again and he can kiss her harder this time. The hand that rested on her hip just so happens to stray a bit to her backside, nudging her further to the outskirts of the cabin's makeshift dance floor.
Johnny knows he should probably be a little more self-conscious about the small crowd of people still remaining at the party but he's not. Because -- holy shit. )
OOPS I totally forgot they were back to front. WHATEVER.
Johnny's adorable, and she's kissing him, matching him kiss for kiss, a hand idly playing with the hair at the back of his neck, pulling him closer as she slowly parts her lips.]
lmao it's okay I BLAME MY SLOWNESS
And, it's kind of funny, but in the heat of the moment, he can't help but smile against her lips as they kiss. But like, he's this loser-y dude making out with a hot chick and he's just now come to the conclusion that maybe camp isn't so bad after all. It's pretty funny, actually. )
YOU ARE FORGIVEN!
they have money. Johnny could totally smile all nice at his dad and get them out of trouble, right? Not like Eponine was afraid of him or anything.Anyway, the kissing is very nice, and she can feel him smiling as she runs her tongue along his lower lip. He's cute, and if he can throw a party like this, she certainly won't call him a loser-y dude.
Oh, no, don't worry. Camp is still bad. Way bad.]
<3
Oh -- that's -- Éponine's tongue -- Okay. Okay, it's totally cool. It's chill. He can totally roll with that, his grip on her tightening as his lips part and he decides that two can play at that game, tongue against hers as he goes in for another hard kiss. How can camp ever be considered bad when someone else's tongue is in your mouth?? )
<3
She's grinning, pressing her hips against his as he kisses her back, nibbling on his lower lip.
Camp could be bad because there weren't enough illegal substances here.]

He might not want to, but Johnny's gotta come up for air sometime, parting their lips just enough, forehead touching hers. Grinning like an idiot, it's takes him a moment before he can breathily mumble out some coherent words despite his heart pounding hard in his chest. And, oh, what sweet, sweet prose comes from his mouth: )
You're really hot.

Of course he wants to, especially when she's smiling, all doe-eyed up at him though her words give off quite a different feeling. Screw the party; he can just make that new, creepy Gabe kid clean the place up. But... Ugh, he hates that there's a but in this situation. Hates. )
I gotta - ( A quick peck to her lips. ) - stay here - ( And another. ) - and make sure things don't get - ( And another. ) - too wild and crazy.
( There's a short laugh at that. Please. If anyone needs a chaperone tonight, it's these two.
He'll kiss her again, lingering longer this time, a more gentle kiss to try to show her how he's really feeling. )
no subject
Though, let's be real here. The long lingering kisses? She is not here for the romance. But it's kinda nice. Kinda.] I'm the troublemaker around here, and if you keep me from getting too wild and crazy, then you're doing your job.
no subject
And, as for the kisses, well. It's just Johnny's weirdly noble and sweet and tender side coming out that really doesn't see the light of day very often, if ever. There's no real cause for concern until he's busting out the guitar and writing a sappy, heartfelt love song just for her. ) So I've noticed.
( He smirks a little, despite everything. ) What, am I supposed to make you behave?
( Oh, gods. )
no subject
Oh, have you? [she quirks an eyebrow, swaying against him still with the music.]
Do you want to? [Make her behave, that is. She drops her head so her lips are nearly touching his ear.] Because like I said, I'm a bad girl. But right now, you're keeping me from stirring up too much trouble. [Is that her hand tracing down his back towards his ass? Uhm... yes. yes it is.]
no subject
( What. How. Do words work. What.
Johnny's mouth hangs open slightly as she does what she does, and gods, how she does it. Who needs Charmspeak when you can just, like -- be Éponine? She's got a gift. And now Johnny's left, quite frankly, speechless.
Okay, no. Starting over. ) I -- think you're well on your way there already, Éponine. Don't think you really care if I'm gonna try making you or not, right?
no subject
She pulls back, grinning] you raise a good point, Johnny. [She trails a finger along the edge of his ear, down his jaw line.] but right now, I'm looking for even more trouble. [She brings her finger down to his chest, before taking a step back.] you should let me know when you want to find it.
no subject
... No, no, he can't. That doesn't mean that he can't groan about it, frustrated with himself beyond belief. Oh, the agony. )
It's probably gonna happen sooner rather than later, y'know.
no subject
[She starts to turn. Now to make him chase her.]
no subject
Before he has time to even process what Éponine's saying, she's already starting to leave. Brow furrowed, he reaches out to grab her slender wrist in his hand. ) Hey, wait.
no subject
[It's a joke, obviously. Everything is. Easiest way to go through life, not taking anything too seriously, certainly not relationships or other people.]
no subject
You know I wish I could. ( He smiles sadly, lowering his hand to hold hers and gives it a little squeeze. )
Thanks for coming to my party.
no subject
Any time, Johnny. Like I said, you know where to find me.
And, y'know, I hope you do. [She gave him a cheeky salute before blowing him a kiss, and turning towards the door again, swaying her hips just a bit more than necessary for his benefit. Oh yeah, he'd be back.]
