DECORATING THE CAMP

Who: Naomi and whoever wishes to join her! Jupiter boys, she's short. Halp. Daaaave!
What: Naomi found a stash of Halloween decorations, it's time to decorate.
Where: Everywhere!
When: Backdated to October 17th because I fail.
Why: The camp needs to be spookified!

It had started yesterday when Naomi found an assortment of Halloween decorations, and seeing that the camp wasn't very decorated, has taken it upon herself to spookify it! 

Meaning that Naomi's been running around since after Breakfast with various sorts of tacky decorations, from plastic ghosts to cut out pumpkins.

Be careful, she might rope you into helping if she sees you~

There's a little automaton sitting under a tree, her celestial bronze hammer is sitting next to her as she watches the sky and the clouds.

She thinks they are really pretty, and she's tired of contemplating modifications to her hammer.

Naomi's just about to go over to the tree, ready to climb up it to hang one of the ghost strings. She halts though when she spots a girl sitting underneath it. Then she gives a little smile.

"Hi! Sorry, I just wanna climb up the tree, 's that okay?" Because she doesn't want to interrupt anything.

"That's fine. It isn't my tree."

Not that Sky looked at all like a tree spirit. She stood up and walked a few steps away to watch. She'd never seen someone climb a tree this close. It should prove educational.

"Oh! Okay, well I still didn't wanna step on you by accident." There's a little giggle and then she sets they string of ghosts down and then jumps up to grab one of the lower hanging branches. Naomi braces her foot against the bark of the tree, using her weight to push herself up to the branch.

"Can you pass me those?"

"Does that mean you wanted to step on me on purpose?" Sky hands the string of ghosts to the other girl before putting her hands on her hips. Looking up and a little bit confused, not... any other emotion.

"Why are you putting these in a tree, won't they be hard to get back down?"

"Nooo! That'd be mean." She takes the string, leaning forward carefully to tie the end of the strings to another branch.


"They will, but you gotta decorate for the holidays!"

"Oh. Okay." She figured stepping on people was mean, she just didn't understand why this girl used the word accident, if she generally meant stepping on people. English is weird.

"Holidays?"

[ospreyed]

"What," that would be Eponine, looking over at Naomi and the plastic ghosts. "in Hades are you doing?" Okay, she knew what she was doing. But the question was why? Those decorations? Totally lame.

She turns her head when Eponine addresses her, then looks down at the plastic ghost, then at Eponine like she has three heads. "Decorating for Halloween, duh."

[ospreyed]

She raises an eyebrow as she looks at the plastic ghost. "I thought Halloween was supposed to be, y'know, scary."

"But ghosts're scary." Okay. Maybe these weren't, but Naomi likes them so their being put up.
