For the first time in forever [open!]
Who: Anna and you!
What: Anna's arrival- turns out she's a demigod! Who knew?
When: Monday, January 13, night
Where: Woods
Why: holy guacamole, who knew running away from home could be so dangerous!? And where's my sister?
Anna stumbled into the forest, starting at every little sound. Ever since she lost track of that goat guy (satyr, he'd corrected her), she was paranoid of monsters or something ridiculous. Little did she know that she had good reason. The goat man had assured her there was a camp ahead, somewhere she'd be safe and more than likely find her sister.
Tripping overher own two feet some stray twigs, seriously watch out for those pesky things!, she scrambled back up and continued ahead... If goat guy was right, the camp should be not too far away. The young heiress kept a tight grip on her backpack with one hand and anxiously tugged her coat closer to her with her other.
Another sound. "Ah-- Hey? Hello, anyone out there?"
No one's out there, Anna. You sound like a lunatic, expecting monsters or harmless bunny rabbits to answer your questions.

Of course, a minute later Rhys appears out of the woods, spear in one hand, though it's not pointed at her. She doesn't look like a threat... yet. "Are you trying to get into the Camp?"
no subject
omg really attractiveguy appears with a spear... Wait, who carries spears anymore?"Ah-- Yeah. I am. I mean, I think I am? It was kind of suggested that I find it."
no subject
A raven lands on his shoulder and croaks. He rolls his eyes. "No one's going to be werewolf chow, Huginn."
no subject
No, Anna heard him perfectly fine... But between that
gorgeoussmile and the bird landing on his shoulder. Could you blame a girl for being a bit distracted? But no, there were more important things at hand."And are you seriously talking to a bird right now?"
Maybe she shouldn't be so distracted... She missed out on kind of important details that way, didn't she?
no subject
Huginn croaks and flaps over to Anna in response, landing on her shoulder- the grip of his claws is very gentle, just enough to stabilize him- to investigate her hair.
no subject
Sorry, she really is kind of clueless. And it's not just because he's super attractive and being nice to her. She may or may not have panicked a little when the crow landed on her, eyes widening as she gave a nervous laugh. "Friendly, isn't he?"
Yes, bird, she has a white streak in her braids... And yes, bird, it's really kind of awkward with you picking at her hair like this.
no subject
Huginn croaks and tugs her braid just once before flapping up into the trees and the darkness. Rhys winces. "Sorry. Sometimes they're contrary just to prove I don't own their free spirits or something. But seriously, if you don't know what you're doing here, who told you how to get here?"
Even if she doesn't know what she is, she knows about the camp and that means someone must have told her.
no subject
Clearing her throat, she tugged at the same braid to make sure it was in place still, then licked her lips anxiously. "Some goat guy found me when I was looking for my sister... We got pretty close to here, but then he got spooked or whatever and ran off..."
no subject
"You were with a satyr? And your sister's missing?" He has a similar story, except for the satyr part. He found his way to the quest that was out of the camp at the time, but he didn't have any help but the birds. "He might have been spooked by the wolves. Goats and wolves, not great friends- but come on, we should get you inside."
If she is a demigod, or one of the other options, the Barrier should have no problem letting her in. If not... well, it wouldn't. Right? That was how it worked, as far as he knew.
no subject
Anna's own smile withered and her hands dropped to mess with the hem of her shirt. This was kind of the last thing she wanted to be thinking about... But with the mention of wolves, she nods. "Yeah... We should get inside if there are wolves out here. I don't think I'd get along well with them either, honestly."
no subject
He spoke after a moment of silence. "My brother's been gone since the start of summer, so... I know how you feel. It sucks."

She didn't mean to sound defeated, but truth be told? She hardly knew her sister, which definitely didn't help her figure out where she'd run away to. "I hope so."

no subject
Because you should probably introduce yourself to someone that helps you through the woods and shows you the camp. You probably should have done that earlier, Anna.

Right. "I'd tell you where you could find me, but I have no idea. So. I'll just leave it to chance, then."
