For the first time in forever [open!]
Who: Anna and you!
What: Anna's arrival- turns out she's a demigod! Who knew?
When: Monday, January 13, night
Where: Woods
Why: holy guacamole, who knew running away from home could be so dangerous!? And where's my sister?
Anna stumbled into the forest, starting at every little sound. Ever since she lost track of that goat guy (satyr, he'd corrected her), she was paranoid of monsters or something ridiculous. Little did she know that she had good reason. The goat man had assured her there was a camp ahead, somewhere she'd be safe and more than likely find her sister.
Tripping overher own two feet some stray twigs, seriously watch out for those pesky things!, she scrambled back up and continued ahead... If goat guy was right, the camp should be not too far away. The young heiress kept a tight grip on her backpack with one hand and anxiously tugged her coat closer to her with her other.
Another sound. "Ah-- Hey? Hello, anyone out there?"
No one's out there, Anna. You sound like a lunatic, expecting monsters or harmless bunny rabbits to answer your questions.

Naomi had gone out into the woods earlier, of course not very far from camp because werewolves, but still far away enough that she could hide. When she'd first heard Anna approach she'd peeked out from her perch in a tree. Upon seeing that she was lost though Naomi had begun to climb down.
At least until she slipped, but quick reflexes
and some help from the treeshe was hanging upside down, looking at Anna curiously."You're not a werewolf, are you?"
no subject
She was obviously not fine. But that was beside the point right now... Had that girl just asked her if she was a werewolf? Anna's brow furrowed a little. "What? No... I mean, not that I know of or anything, but werewolves totally aren't real. So that's a definite no."
Another pause. If this girl was out in the forest like this, that meant the camp had to be nearby... "But while we're on the topic of creatures from stories and junk... Some goat guy said there was a camp up here somewhere before he ran off. Do you know anything about it?"
no subject
Oh, but right. She spins around, hurrying to where Anna fell. "'m really sorry! I didn't mean to scare you!"
Kneeling in front of Anna she looks at the older girl, frowning a little. Okay, she seemed completely lost, so that mean not a werewolf. Good. Naomi wasn't sure what would happen if she was.
Probably scream for help.
"Goat gu- Oh! You mean a satyr? He didn't bring you to camp? That butt! Their s'pose to bring new people to the Big House!" She puffs her cheeks out, making a note later on to find said satyr and kick him in his... Shins? Did they have shins? Naomi would have to ask Tai later.

Anna had questioned, since she ran into the satyr-goat-thing a day and a half ago-- two days? How long had it been? Anyways, she'd questioned her sanity, or whether or not this was all some sort of crazy dream thanks to the overwhelming grief....
That vine moving away on it's own free will after the girl scrambled down? Only added to her suspicions. "Right. Satyr. We walked pretty far together... But he got really spooked or something? Said he had to take care of something and sent me ahead..."
She sat up a little more, face scrunching in thought as she brushed dirt from her arms. "Look, he said my sister might be here and I should check it out. Told me I'd be safe, too, whatever that means."
no subject
She gulps and decides to ask Tai later if all the satyrs are accounted for.
"What's your sisters name?" She tilts her head, already going through the campers she's seen. "She might be! 'nd he's probably right. If you could see he's a satyr that means you're a demigod too! Or um, maybe just able to see through the Mist."
no subject
And then, for an answer to the rest of that nonsense? "Demigods? Mist?? What are you talking about?"

Who are patrolling for werewolves, which this girl might very well be. There are ways to check, simple ways. So the next twig to snap would be Callie stepping into the open with a very large sharp looking spear. Pointed at Anna.
Now all Callie is waiting for is the reaction this girl gives to imperial gold pointed at her menacingly.

Eyes widening, she held up her hands, in a sort of universal "I surrender" gesture. Her mouth opened, as she tried to assure she wasn't a threat or anything, but nothing really came out.
no subject
Callie sighed and collapsed her spear, holstering it on her back, tourists. Lupa gave them an idea what was waiting for them when they went to join the legion. She glanced around the woods looking for danger, but it seemed pretty empty around here, "Let's go, the camp director and warhorse probably will know what to do with you."
no subject
Look, all she was told was that she'd be safe at this camp place for some reason. Anna stood her ground, frowning just a little bit more. "I'm looking for my sister."
And it was clear she refused to move (regardless of a camp director or warhorse or whatever) until she got some kind of answer.
no subject
"Does it look like she's here?" Callie tromped back over to the girl. Callie's desire to get back to patrol meant not leaving the girl here to get killed, that'd be a choice she would have to live with. Along with every other choice, "If anyone knows where she is, it'll be Mr. D and Chiron. Who also, aren't here."
Callie crossed her arms, it seems like an easy choice. Stay in the woods alone, unarmed, where girls jump out with weapons. Or don't stay in the woods alone, unarmed, where girls jump out with weapons.

As soon as possible.

Of course, a minute later Rhys appears out of the woods, spear in one hand, though it's not pointed at her. She doesn't look like a threat... yet. "Are you trying to get into the Camp?"
no subject
omg really attractiveguy appears with a spear... Wait, who carries spears anymore?"Ah-- Yeah. I am. I mean, I think I am? It was kind of suggested that I find it."

A raven lands on his shoulder and croaks. He rolls his eyes. "No one's going to be werewolf chow, Huginn."
no subject
No, Anna heard him perfectly fine... But between that
gorgeoussmile and the bird landing on his shoulder. Could you blame a girl for being a bit distracted? But no, there were more important things at hand."And are you seriously talking to a bird right now?"
Maybe she shouldn't be so distracted... She missed out on kind of important details that way, didn't she?
no subject
Huginn croaks and flaps over to Anna in response, landing on her shoulder- the grip of his claws is very gentle, just enough to stabilize him- to investigate her hair.
no subject
Sorry, she really is kind of clueless. And it's not just because he's super attractive and being nice to her. She may or may not have panicked a little when the crow landed on her, eyes widening as she gave a nervous laugh. "Friendly, isn't he?"
Yes, bird, she has a white streak in her braids... And yes, bird, it's really kind of awkward with you picking at her hair like this.

When he approached her, his sword was sheathed and the only expression on his face was one of curiosity. Flynn's policy was mostly 'innocent until proven guilty,' though there were some exceptions to the rule. Anna was not going to be one of those exceptions.
"Excuse me, miss, but do you need help getting somewhere?"
no subject
It was a long shot. But it was worth a try still.
no subject
"Yes, of course. I can take you there if you want?" He paused for a moment. "Forgive me, I'm being rude. I'm Flynn Scifo."

Flynn motioned for her to follow him, and took a leisurely pace in the direction of the camp grounds. He wasn't too worried about them getting taken by surprise, not with his eyes and ears sharper than a normal human's.
"If I may ask, have you been told anything about yourself or this camp?"
(no subject)
He's been less active lately so you get this one
"Are you a demigod? How did you get past the barrier?"
<3~
Seriously, who asked people questions without being face to face with them anyways?
